{"id":1449524,"date":"2025-09-01T16:25:07","date_gmt":"2025-09-01T15:25:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gaytimes.com\/?p=1449524"},"modified":"2025-09-02T11:29:30","modified_gmt":"2025-09-02T10:29:30","slug":"heres-your-first-look-at-lady-gaga-in-wednesday-season-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gaytimes.com\/television\/heres-your-first-look-at-lady-gaga-in-wednesday-season-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Here&#8217;s your first look at Lady Gaga in Wednesday season 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;A vision in venom&#8221;: Netflix has finally released the first image of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gaytimes.com\/?s=Lady+Gaga\">Lady Gaga<\/a> in the second season of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gaytimes.com\/?s=Wednesday\"><em>Wednesday<\/em><\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Shared on 1 September, just two days before the streamer drops the second half of season two, the image shows the pop icon as Rosaline Rotwood with the Addams Family\u2019s iconic Thing perched on her shoulder.<\/p>\n<p>Rotwood is set to be a \u201clegendary Nevermore teacher who crosses paths\u201d with Jenna Ortega&#8217;s title character.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside flexing her acting chops, Gaga will also contribute music to the series with \u2018The Dead Dance\u2019, which is expected to tie directly into the narrative.<\/p>\n<p>Released the same day as the new batch of episodes, the track will be accompanied by a music video, helmed by <em>Wednesday<\/em> creator and director Tim Burton.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gaytimes.com\/music\/paws-up-lady-gaga-announces-release-date-for-wednesday-track-the-dead-dance\/\">At a Graveyard Gala event for season two on 27 August<\/a>, Gaga told the crowd: \u201cI am so excited to be here tonight. I\u2019m taking a little break from the <em>Mayhem Ball<\/em> to say hello. I had a wonderful time working on <em>Wednesday<\/em> season two.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEven just being a small part of the show. I loved working with Tim Burton, and Jenna and everyone here is so incredible.
